Mickey Mantle?
Why did Mickey Mantle go to the Hall of Fame for, and what was he known for?
Mickey Mantle was one of the greatest players of all time. he kind of hit .298 for his career, 534 home runs, he did win a gold glove, won the triple crown one year, mvp award 3 times, and won at least 5-6 championships while on the yankees. he also hit a career high 54 home runs in 1961. He was also one of the greatest switch hitters of all time and one of the greatest center fielders of all time.
How can you tell if a 1952 Mickey Mantle card is authentic?
I have an opportunity to get some really old cards at a bargain price. Most notable the 1952 Mickey Mantle. I want to make sure I dont get got. Please give me some counterfeit identifierys. Thank you.
If it comes with a authenticity certificate, that would be a plus. Otherwise I would ask around on places that can that look at sport merchandise and get is authentized, such as

How much is this Mickey Mantle card worth?
I have a replica of the 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle card and want to know how much it is worth. It's not a typical baseball card. It's a hard card and a little thicker than a credit card. Don't know what that kind of card is called, so I don't know how to look it up to price it. Please help!
Sell it on Ebay. You will get top dollar there.
How much is a Mickey Mantle baseball card worth , do you think???
We went to a thrift store and bought 2 bags of cards and in the bag we found a Mickey Mantle card good as new. It is a Tops, it gives his whole history.
Depends on the year. Put the last year listed in his stats and the card number from the back corner of the card and you will get a better answer. It is probably a pretty late year in his career and I'm guessing your opinion of a card being in great shape is not the same as someone who is buying the card. I would guess it would be between 5.00 and 20.00 if you went to buy it but you would only get 2.00 or 3.00 selling it at a card shop.
How much is an authenic Mickey Mantle autographed baseball worth?
Heyy, my Dad and I are wondering how much a Mickey Mantle Autographed baseball is worth. It says "Best Wishes"- Mickey Mantle on it. He autographed it for my dad by him in 1983. Please answer.....thnx
To the response of flappy37, my Dad doesn't have a certificate becuase he didn't get at an event lyk an auction. He does, however, have a verified story.
In any buyers eyes it is not authentic unless it has a legitimate certificate of authenticity from one of the major authenticators like PSA, JSA, GAI. People are hesitant when buying the Micks autos due to the Mick having a guy that worked in the locker room sign a lot of stuff for him. With a COA it is worth aroud 400-500 dollars.
EDIT: I understand that as i have numerous in person autographs. But who is to say your story is true? Not saying it is not but when it comes to selling it people are always skeptical. I doubt you plan on selling it but if you do i would recomend sending it to one of these companies and for a fee they will authenticate it for you. This makes the difference of it selling for $100 or $500.
