Can anyone help me find a 14lb new undrilled bowling ball?

I dont care where I get it from, just as long as the store is legit. I need it to be as cheap as possible, and I need a plastic type ball, as I am a strait bowler.

How can I deflect Bowling Ball From Crushing raw egg?

For my physics class of the 9th grade I am given a bunch of materials to put together to save a raw egg from the impact of a 14lb bowling ball at 2 meters.
I have to either stop the bowling ball before it impacts the egg or redirect ball away from the egg.
The materials are 150 toothpicks, 6 skewer sticks, 5 sets of chopsticks, 10 hot glue sticks, and 1/2 of a manila folder.

14lb bowling ball?

Could someone please help me find the cheapest new un drilled bowling ball. It needs to be a plastic like bowling ball, as i bowl strait, and also needs to be the cheapest price. Please provide any links, as I have looked on sites like ebay, amazon, ect.

Check your local pro shops (yellow pages). They usually have a supply of inexpensive plastic balls and normally the price of the ball includes the drilling.

What weight bowling ball should I buy?

I am upgrading my current bowling ball, a beginner 14lb ball made of reactive resin and drilled for a light hook, to a high performance ball that will have a more hooking power (Roto-Grip Cell Pearl). I throw between 14 and 15mph. I am comfortable with the 14lb but was thinking moving to a 15lb ball to get more punch but am afraid the transition will affect my game negatively. I am an averaged size person (~155 lbs) who stays in shape. I average ~160 with my current ball. Your opinions please.

I just got a new ball too i moved up a pound. no matter what when you get a new ball your average will drop. How fast, depends on how fast you can adjust to the new changes. Once you figure out what your new ball is doing, then your average will greatly increase. The new ball will give a lot more pin action but with it being heavier your ball speed will decrease. If i were you and you can throw a 14lb ball 14 to 15mph i would move up to the next size/level. hope that helps

Can a woman throw a 15lb bowling ball? I won one and I already throw a 14lb ball, just wondering?

I guess I am just tired of everyone saying I am going to hurt myself! I average right now 150 and I am a backup bowler. Going to get it drilled tonight I think!

Absolutely! It's just a matter of how many ounces the ball will be lighter when the holes are drilled out of it. I bowl with both a 14 and a 15 pounder. Women can bowl with any weight bowling ball. It's just the matter of which weight is comfortable for them.
