What is the gymnastics beam routine for level 2, 3, 4 and 4 on floor?
I would really appreciate it if you could tell me the USA gymnastics level routines.
I need: Level 2, 3, 4 on beam and level 4 on floor.

I am just including everything...
Level one and two focus on proper run and technique for vault; pullovers, casts, hip circles on bars; leaps, turns and jumps on beam and floor.
Level three gymnasts will learn body positioning for vault; handstands and cartwheels on beam; and round offs and back bends on floor. Program includes exercises in conditioning and flexibility.
Levels 7 and up need things like hip circles, fly aways, giants on bars; handsprings, fulls, and tsukaharas on vault; and floor things like fulls layouts and many more...
Level 4 5 and 6 have things like handsprings, yamis, half springs on vault; hip circles, sole circles, long swing pull overs, tucked fly away on bars; tucked salto, cartwheels, handstands, backwalklovers on beam.
gymnastics!!!-beam?
well so i dont like doing beam to much.well idk because i luve to do it when i get a new trick on it.but i am curently scared to do any thing on it that is backwards.i am stuck on my backhand springs on it. im scared to do them. i have them on high beam.but im scard. plz give me help.
I've been there. :) For 2 years, I wouldn't do a backhandspring on the high beam in practice (I did throw them...and usually stuck them...at meets). Honestly, you have to just tell yourself that you have a great backhandspring and force yourself to go..it will get easier. Practice a lot on the low beam and get comfortable doing them and work on getting your form down. Your hands always hit the beam--it's just the way it always is! Also, the harder you jump, the easier it will be and safer too, because if you don't go 100%, there is a higher risk of you messing up so make sure you go full out. Just don't think about it and let your body take care of itself--you will be fine! :)
what can i do for gymnastics beam work?

Its when you do everything you can do on the floor, and make yourself able to do it on the beam. Find a gym and they will have harnesses for you to practice on the beam with.
How to build a gymnastics balance beam?
I am looking to build my new budding gymnast a balance beam. Has anyone built one in the past and can pass on the instructions to me.
i know we had a beam..im pretty sure my mom or someone built it....buy some wood that is 4 inch wide (or cut something to that length)...it doesnt really matter the length, but a normal beam is 16 feet long. (make sure it is thick enough that when she jumps on it, it wont snap in half. haha. that might hurt...normal beams are 4 in.) cover it in some carpet, attach some bases...we just had more blocks (one at each end) somehow attached to the beam...make it as high as you like. mine was maybe a 8 in. off the ground? and ta-dah! youve made yourself (or your budding gymnast) a beam! haha. have fun!

i have been doing back handspring back handspring for a long time but i need something else. please help.
- walkover backhandspring
- handspring handspring (you already do)
- handspring tuck/pike
-handspring handspring two foot
-one arm back handspring backhandspring (or viceversa)
-one arm backhandspring tuck/pike/
-back tuck/pike backhandspring
or almost any combo of handsprings and flips work, but you are not allowed to have three or more of the same skil in the routine.
